StaffO'Connell & O'Connell, P.C., Attorneys at Law, in Auburn is a family practice. The father-daughter team of Philip and Alicia O'Connell is devoted to Worcester area communities and resolves the legal needs of clients throughout Massachusetts with precision and care.

We serve clients in a wide range of practice areas. Much of our work is centered around real estate law and related legal services, such as the creation of real estate holding companies and ensuring the proper transfer of real property after death. We represent buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, including loan transactions, refinancing and short sales. As licensed title insurance agents, we also review titles and provide title insurance through First American Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and CATIC. Additionally, we assist a range of clients of all ages with estate planning, estate administration, probate and elder law issues.

Our lawyers are active community members with more than 40 years of combined legal experience. We work individually with each of our clients to provide personalized representation and customized service.
